Whether or not the program is likely to contribute to the advancement and extension of professional skill and knowledge in the practice of optometry.

B.

Whether or not the speakers, lecturers, and others participating in the presentation of any such program are recognized by the board as being highly qualified in their field.

C.

Whether or not the proposed course, if it is to be conducted within the state of Minnesota, is open to all optometrists licensed in this state.

D.

Whether or not the tuition fee charged for courses conducted within the state of Minnesota is the same for nonmembers of the course sponsoring organization as it is for members.
