6240.0400 TAKING RAILS.
§
Subpart 1.
Open season.
Sora and Virginia rails may be taken from September 1 to the end of woodcock season as prescribed under part 6240.0300. King rails may not be taken or possessed.
§
Subp. 2.
Daily and possession limit.
A person may not take more than 25 rails in aggregate per day or possess more than 25 rails in aggregate.
