6236.0400 OBTAINING LICENSE.

The following provisions apply to persons who have applied for a turkey license:

A.

Only successful applicants will be notified.

B.

Successful applicants will receive a license application with instructions for obtaining their licenses. Persons who do not return the license application and the fee according to the provisions specified on the license application or who do not provide all the requested information will be disqualified.

C.

A person may purchase a fall turkey license without an application. A turkey permit area must be selected.
