6100.4000 ADJACENT LAND.

Subpart 1.

Access.

A trail shall not be used as an access to private lands without the consent of the landowner, lessee, occupant, or agent.

Subp. 2.

Posting.

Failure to post private lands does not imply such consent for trail users.
