5500.0900 EXAMINATIONS OF WITNESSES.
Witnesses shall be examined orally under oath, provided, however, that the testimony of all witnesses who reside outside of the state or who, through illness or other cause, are unable to testify in person before the commission may be taken by deposition in such manner and form as may be prescribed by the commission.
