5300.0230 REQUIREMENTS FOR ENDORSEMENT.

Subpart 1.

Endorser; requirements.

For an endorsement to meet the requirements of parts 5300.0130, subpart 1, item D, and 5300.0200, subpart 1, item E, the endorser must:

A.

be licensed by the board; or

B.

be licensed to practice marriage and family therapy by another state or country whose licensure standards are at least equivalent to or exceed the requirements for licensure in Minnesota.

Subp. 2.

Limitations.

An endorser must not be an employee, independent contractor, patient, or former patient, or be related in any way to the applicant.
