5200.0242 SEASONAL BASIS DEFINED.

For purposes of Minnesota Statutes, section 177.23, subdivision 7, and part 5200.0070, "seasonal" means no more than 30 weeks in any calendar year. Any part of a calendar week shall be counted as a week.
