4900.3725 ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS.

To be eligible to apply for capital funding under the housing trust fund program, an applicant must be:

A.

a nonprofit organization, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.03, subdivision 22;

B.

a for-profit organization;

C.

a limited dividend entity, as defined in part 4900.0010, subpart 14;

D.

a cooperative housing corporation, as defined in part 4900.0010, subpart 8;

E.

a city, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.03, subdivision 21;

F.

a joint powers board established by two or more cities;

G.

a public housing agency;

H.

an Indian tribe or tribal housing corporation; or

I.

a natural person.
