4900.3424 SELECTION CRITERIA.

The agency shall take the following criteria into consideration when determining whether an application and applicant will be selected for a grant under the program:

A.

the organization's prior experience in operating or developing programs successfully;

B.

the geographic area to be serviced to the end that a reasonable distribution of funds is received;

C.

the extent to which grant funds are matched with nonstate money; and

D.

the extent to which the program promotes individual stability.
