4900.3020 ELIGIBLE RECIPIENTS.

To be eligible for selection as a recipient of a grant under this program, an applicant must be either:

A.

a nonprofit social service provider that provides community-based support services to persons with mental illness and living independently; or

B.

a local unit of government that provides supportive services to persons with mental illness living independently.
