4900.2060 SELECTION CRITERIA.

The agency shall take the following criteria into consideration when determining whether an applicant will receive a grant under the program:

A.

The prior experience of the applicant in establishing, administering, and maintaining a home equity conversion counseling program.

B.

The documented familiarity of the applicant regarding home equity conversion and alternative financial resources and other services that may be available to assist senior homeowners.

C.

The reasonableness of the proposed budget in meeting the objective of the program.

D.

The documented ability of the applicant to provide home equity conversion counseling on a statewide basis as well as the location of the applicant in an area of anticipated demand for counseling services.
