4900.1935 ELIGIBLE USES OF GRANT FUNDS.

Grants may be awarded to fund the following activities:

A.

staff training;

B.

studies and analyses of housing needs within the applicant's service area and the development of plans to meet those needs;

C.

legal and other professional services associated with the establishment or incorporation of an organization as a provider of housing and housing-related services; and

D.

other activities that expand the capacity of the organization to meet housing needs in the applicant's service area.
