4900.0592 ELIGIBLE PROPERTIES.

The property to be improved by a home energy loan is restricted as follows:

A.

The property to be improved may not contain more than two dwelling units.

B.

The property to be improved may not be in violation of applicable zoning ordinances or other land use guides.

C.

The property must be used primarily for residential purposes.

D.

The property to be improved may not be used as investment property or as a recreational home.
