4731.4514 STRONTIUM-90 DECAY RECORDS.

A licensee must maintain a record of the activity of a strontium-90 source required under part 4731.4456 for the life of the source. The record must include:

A.

the date and initial activity of the source as determined under part 4731.4455; and

B.

for each decay calculation, the date and the source activity as determined under part 4731.4456.
