4731.4404 OTHER MEDICAL USES.

A licensee may use radioactive material or a radiation source approved for medical use that is not specifically addressed in parts 4731.4432 to 4731.4479 if the applicant or licensee:

A.

submits the information required under part 4731.4403, subpart 2, items B to D; and

B.

receives written approval from the commissioner in a license or license amendment and uses the material according to rules and specific conditions the commissioner considers necessary for the medical use of the material.
