4731.2500 RECORDS; RADIATION PROTECTION PROGRAMS.

A.

A licensee must maintain records of the radiation protection program, including:

(1)

the provisions of the program; and

(2)

audits and other reviews of the program content and implementation.

B.

A licensee must retain the records under item A, subitem (1), until the commissioner terminates each pertinent license requiring the record. The licensee must retain the records under item A, subitem (2), for three years after the record is made.
