4731.2430 TREATMENT OR DISPOSAL BY INCINERATION.

A licensee may treat or dispose of licensed material by incineration only:

A.

if the material is in a form and concentration specified in part 4731.2440; or

B.

as specifically approved by the commissioner according to part 4731.2410.
