4731.0735 TYPES OF LICENSES.

A.

Licenses for radioactive material are of two types: general and specific.

B.

Licenses for long-term care and custody of residual radioactive material at disposal sites are general licenses. The general licenses provided under parts 4731.0700 to 4731.0840 are effective without the filing of applications with the commissioner or the issuance of licensing documents to particular persons.

C.

Licenses issued to named persons upon applications filed according to parts 4731.0700 to 4731.0840 are specific licenses.
