4731.0565 APPLICATION; FILING.

Subpart 1.

Generally.

A.

A person may apply for a specific license issued under parts 4731.0525 to 4731.0630 by filing an application according to part 4731.0200, subpart 4.

B.

Information contained in previous applications, statements, or reports filed with the commissioner may be incorporated by reference if the references are clear and specific.

C.

A license application filed under this part will be considered also to be an application for licenses authorizing other activities for which licenses are required by the commissioner, provided the application specifies the additional activities for which licenses are requested and complies with rules of the commissioner as to applications for such licenses.

D.

Applications and documents submitted to the commissioner in connection with applications may be made available for public inspection according to part 4731.0240.

Subp. 2.

Fees.

An application for a special nuclear material license must be accompanied by the fee prescribed in Minnesota Statutes, section 144.1205.
