4727.0942 GROUNDWATER PROTECTION.

During the drilling process and until an exploratory boring is permanently sealed, the boring shall be:

A.

constructed and maintained to prevent the introduction of surface contaminants into the boring and to prevent the passage of water from one aquifer to another; and

B.

covered and protected to prevent vandalism or entry of debris into the boring.
