4720.5200 DATA ELEMENTS; ASSESSMENT.

Subpart 1.

Required data elements.

The data elements identified in the scoping decision notice under parts 4720.5310, subpart 2, and 4720.5340, subpart 2, must be assessed by the public water supplier.

Subp. 2.

Assessment of data elements.

A wellhead protection plan must assess the present and future implications of the data elements required in subpart 1 on:

A.

the use of the well;

B.

the wellhead protection area delineation criteria specified in part 4720.5510;

C.

the quality and quantity of water supplying the public water supply well; and

D.

the land and groundwater uses in the drinking water supply management area.
