4720.4600 RECORDS.

The hauler shall retain a written log for each tank and shall record therein:

A.

the date when the tank is sanitized;

B.

the date on which the tank is filled and the name of the approved source from which the water is obtained;

C.

the chlorine residual and date on which it is measured;

D.

date on which water samples are sent for analysis; and

E.

customer's name, address, date, and quantity delivered.
