UPC section 220.0 is modified by adding the following definition:
Registered Professional Engineer - For purposes of this code, "registered professional engineer," "engineer," or "registered engineer" means a person practicing professional engineering as described in Minnesota Statutes, section 326.02, subdivision 3, and who is licensed in the state of Minnesota as a professional engineer by the Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design under Minnesota Statutes, section 326.10.
