4695.3100 MEMBERSHIP.

The council shall consist of seven members appointed by the commissioner as follows:

A.

two public members as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 214.02;

B.

one educator or a representative from a regulated industry for which environmental health specialists/sanitarians are charged with enforcement of the regulation;

C.

four environmental health specialists/sanitarians representative of county, municipal, and state agencies which reflect the distribution of environmental health specialists/sanitarians among these employers at the time of appointment.
