4695.0200 AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE.

Parts 4695.0100 to 4695.0400 have been developed as required by Minnesota Statutes, sections 14.06, 144.05, 144.051, and 144.052. Parts 4695.0100 to 4695.0400 pertain to:

A.

the types of information relating to numbers, distribution, and characteristics of health-related staffing which the commissioner of health deems necessary to collect as specified in parts 4695.0100 to 4695.0400 from individuals licensed or registered by the commissioner or the boards for the purpose of establishing an adequate information resource at the state level for making informed and reasonable decisions pertaining to health staffing; and

B.

the forms which shall be used to collect the information.
