4675.0600 ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS.

Administrative areas shall include the following elements:

A.

a reserved access to the site for arrival and departure of patients;

B.

a supervised waiting area with reception and seating for arriving and departing patients and persons accompanying patients;

C.

a toilet room for each sex available for the waiting area;

D.

at least one public telephone for use by patients; and

E.

patient consultation room and administrative offices.
