4658.4090 PENALTIES FOR PLANS; NEW CONSTRUCTION RULE VIOLATIONS.

Penalty assessments for violations of parts 4658.4000 to 4658.4040 shall be assessed on a daily basis and are as follows:

A.

parts 4658.4000 to 4658.4035, $100; and

B.

part 4658.4040, $200.
