4658.2090 PENALTIES FOR SPECIALIZED UNITS RULE VIOLATIONS.

Penalty assessments for violations of parts 4658.2000 to 4658.2030 shall be assessed on a daily basis and are as follows:

A.

part 4658.2000, subpart 2, $300;

B.

part 4658.2000, subpart 3, $200;

C.

part 4658.2000, subpart 4, $200;

D.

part 4658.2010, $200;

E.

part 4658.2020, $100;

F.

part 4658.2030, subpart 2, $100; and

G.

part 4658.2030, subpart 3, $50.
