4658.2020 STATEMENT OF OPERATIONS.

A nursing home must develop and implement a statement of operations for a secured unit, which must include, at a minimum:

A.

a statement of the philosophy and objectives of the unit;

B.

a description of the population to be served;

C.

a list of the admission and discharge criteria; and

D.

a list of any environmental changes or adaptations, and any necessary waivers for them granted by the department.
