4658.1290 PENALTIES FOR SPECIALIZED REHABILITATIVE SERVICES RULE VIOLATIONS.

Penalty assessments will be assessed on a daily basis for violations of part 4658.1200 and are as follows:

A.

part 4658.1200, subpart 2, $350; and

B.

part 4658.1200, subpart 3, $300.
