4658.1090 PENALTIES FOR SOCIAL SERVICES RULE VIOLATIONS.

Penalty assessments will be assessed on a daily basis for violations of parts 4658.1000 to 4658.1005 and are as follows:

A.

part 4658.1005, subparts 1, 3, and 4, $300; and

B.

part 4658.1005, subparts 2 and 5, $350.
