4640.5700 CONFERENCE AT TIME OF DISCHARGE.
§
Subpart 1.
Discharged patients.
All patients shall have a conference with the attending physician at the time of discharge at which time the patient shall receive appropriate advice as to the patient's activity, further treatment, follow-up examination, and the proper precautions to be exercised.
§
Subp. 2.
Follow-up study and care.
Provisions for and the necessary arrangements shall be made for follow-up study and care of all discharged patients.
