4626.1320 5-503.11 COMMUNITY OR INDIVIDUAL FACILITY.

Solid waste not disposed of through the sewage system, including that disposed of with grinders and pulpers, shall be:

A.

recycled or disposed of in an approved public or private community recycling or refuse facility; or

B.

disposed of in a landfill, incinerator, or other individual refuse facility that is sized, constructed, maintained, and operated according to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 115A, and section 473.803.
