4626.1230 5-501.11 OUTDOOR STORAGE SURFACE.
An outdoor storage surface for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be constructed of concrete, asphalt, or other nonabsorbent material and shall be smooth, durable, and sloped to drain.
