4620.3714 ENROLLMENT LIMITS.

The enrollment limits of this part apply to all permitted training courses.

A.

The number of participants in a class must not exceed 24.

B.

For training courses which require hands-on training, the participant-to-instructor ratio for hands-on training groups must not exceed eight-to-one.
