4620.3435 POSTING THE WORK SITE.

The licensed asbestos contractor performing abatement must post in a conspicuous place outside of the abatement area:

A.

a copy of the project permit;

B.

a copy of the project notice and all written amendments pertaining to that project; and

C.

if applicable, a copy of the notice submitted to the commissioner according to part 4620.3410, subpart 3.
