4410.9800 NOTICE TO BOARD BY LOCAL UNIT.

At least 30 days before taking action on the application, the local unit of government shall notify the board of any application for a development permit in any critical area for which plans or regulations have not become effective; or any application for a development permit, for which a local unit of government is required to hold a public hearing, in any critical area for which plans and regulations have become effective.
