4410.7926 ABANDONING EXPLORATORY BORINGS.

According to Minnesota Statutes, section 116C.724, subdivision 2, clause (1), any abandonment, whether temporary or permanent, must comply with the state drilling and drill hole abandonment and restoration rules governing exploratory boring under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 103I, and parts 4727.1000 to 4727.1250.
