3800.3605 DEFINITIONS.

Subpart 1.

Scope.

For the purposes of parts 3800.3604 to 3800.3613, the terms defined in this part have the meanings given them.

Subp. 2.

Program.

"Program" means a satellite system installer certification program.

Subp. 3.

Student and instructor contact.

"Student and instructor contact" means that the student and instructor are present at the same classroom location while the instructor is providing instruction.

Subp. 4.

Survey.

"Survey" means a collection of information to assess compliance with parts 3800.3604 to 3800.3613. The commissioner may analyze information by multiple methods, including review of:

requested information and materials;

B.

on-site evaluation; or

C.

interviews and conferences with program administrators, instructors, or students.
