3535.2700 APPEAL OF COMMISSIONER'S DETERMINATION.

Any school district aggrieved by a decision required of the commissioner under parts 3535.2300 to 3535.2900 may dispute that decision pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 124.15, subdivision 4.
