3530.0900 REGIONAL LIBRARY BASIC SYSTEM SUPPORT GRANTS.

Regional library systems may apply for regional library basic system support grants. Applicants shall submit the following information:

A.

name, address, and telephone number of applicant;

B.

name of contact person;

C.

names of participating governmental units and identification of nonparticipating governmental units within participating counties;

D.

name, educational background, and library work experience of the chief administrative officer;

E.

purposes for which grant funds are requested, including a statement of program objectives and identification of results to be accomplished;

F.

provision for each participating governmental unit of the following financial information: the amount provided by the governmental unit for operating purposes of public library service during the preceding fiscal year; the amount provided by the governmental unit for operating purposes of public library service during the current fiscal year; and

G.

proposed expenditures to be made from grant funds.
