3310.2902 DEFINITIONS.

Subpart 1.

Scope.

For purposes of parts 3310.2901 to 3310.2924, the terms defined in this part have the meanings given them.

Subp. 2.

Appeals office.

"Appeals office" means the appeals office of the Department of Employment and Economic Development.

Subp. 3.

Subp. 4.

Department.

"Department" means the Department of Employment and Economic Development.

Subp. 5.

Party.

"Party" means any unemployment benefits applicant or employer whose legal rights, duties, or privileges will be directly determined in a hearing.
