2960.0400 HOSPITALIZATION OF RESIDENTS.

When a resident requires hospitalization, the resident must be supervised on a 24-hour-a-day basis unless the conditions in items A and B have been satisfied:

A.

the facility administrator has determined that the resident does not need custody supervision; or

B.

the resident is incapacitated in the opinion of the attending physician.
