2955.0010 PURPOSE.

Subpart 1.

Subp. 2.

Purpose and scope.

As provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 241.67, this chapter sets minimum treatment program standards for inspecting and certifying:

A.

treatment programs in state and local correctional facilities; and

B.

state-operated treatment programs not operated in state and local correctional facilities.

Subp. 3.

Nonapplicability.

This chapter does not apply to programs licensed under parts 9515.3000 to 9515.3110.
