2890.2500 MAXIMUM COSTS FOR SYSTEM INSTALLATION.

System installation costs are prima facie unreasonable:

A.

when they exceed the amount specified for them in the consultant services proposal approved by the board's staff under part 2890.2000, subpart 5; or

B.

when the consultant services proposal that includes them is not approved by the board's staff under part 2890.2000, subpart 5.
