2860.8300 REGISTRATION.

The following information shall be filed with the commissioner in connection with the registration:

A.

financial statements that comply with the provisions of parts 2860.1200 to 2860.1600; and

B.

the names, addresses, and business telephone numbers of all the franchisees of the franchisor located in the state of Minnesota.
