2765.0300 SCOPE.

The following are subject to the requirements of this chapter:

A.

employers authorized to transact business in Minnesota that seek to jointly self-insure employee health, dental, or short-term disability benefits;

B.

service companies that provide services to a plan; and

C.

insurance companies licensed under Minnesota Statutes, section 60A.07, subdivision 4, or service plan corporations licensed under Minnesota Statutes, section 62C.08, that provide required stop-loss insurance to a plan.
