2400.2635 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT STANDARDS.

A.

For sites where more than one-quarter of an acre is affected by development, with the exception of state of Minnesota buildings and facilities, the standards of the city of St. Paul Public Works Department for stormwater runoff for the site apply. Stormwater management plans and calculations are required as part of building permit submittals.

B.

All projects that occupy or disturb an area larger than one acre in size, with the exception of state of Minnesota buildings and facilities, are subject to the stormwater management, erosion, sedimentation control, and other standards of the Capitol Region Watershed District.
