2150.0060 NOTICE OF LICENSE RENEWAL.

The board must mail or email a notice of license renewal to a licensee at least 45 days before the expiration date of the license. Placing the notice of license renewal in first class United States mail, addressed to the licensee at the licensee's last known mailing address with postage prepaid, constitutes valid mailing. Sending the notice via email to the licensee's last known email address on file also constitutes valid notification. Failure to receive the notice by either means does not relieve a license holder of the obligation to renew a license or to pay the renewal fee.
