2110.0420 ADVANCED TRAINING AND DEMONSTRATIONS.

It is permissible to offer instruction in cosmetology in a place other than a licensed school of cosmetology in the following situations:

A.

an advanced training class or demonstration, if no clinic services are offered to the public incidental to the training or demonstration;

B.

community education classes, as defined in part 2110.0010.
